It Isn't Always Easy to Ask for Help
Compassionate Treatment for Adults with Addiction and/or Mental Health Concerns
In Person and Telehealth Sessions Available- Email or call for Information
Feeling stuck and not knowing which way to turn? Feeling overwhelmed and not sure how to ask for help? Not sure what to try next? I have been there. Unsure, overwhelmed, and afraid of what I might discover if I looked inside. That is where I began my own journey back in 1987. That is how I know that there is hope. It is unfortunate, that we don’t get to pick our parents or early care givers. For many of us, the experiences from early childhood, shape who we are today and how we interact with the world around us. These experiences are powerful influences on how we cope with life stress and even the partners we chose in life.
Have you ever woken up and thought: “How did I get here?” I have learned over the years, that each client is unique and chooses their own journey toward life health when dealing with mental health and/or substance abuse/use issues.
I know that reaching out for the first time to a stranger can be overwhelming and freighting. My goal has been to create a relaxed and comfortable environment, with a supportive professional relationship, to assist you in finding your internal compass. When you are ready, call or email me to start your own personal journey.
